How do I add drivers to my account?

Navigate to the Drivers section from your dashboard, click "Add Driver," and enter their information including name, phone number, and vehicle details.

How do customers receive arrival notifications?

Customers automatically receive SMS and email notifications with a live tracking link when a route is assigned. They'll get updates as the driver progresses and approaches their location.

Can I customize notification messages?

Yes! You can customize SMS and email templates from the Settings page to match your brand voice and include custom fields.

What devices are supported for drivers?

Drivers can use any smartphone (iOS or Android) with GPS capabilities. No special hardware is required - just a modern phone with internet connection.

Is there a mobile app for drivers?

Currently, drivers access routes through a mobile-optimized web interface. A dedicated mobile app is coming soon.
