  • Driver information (name, contact details, vehicle information)
  • Customer information (name, address, phone number for notifications)
  • Location data (GPS coordinates for route tracking)
  • Communication data (notification preferences, message history)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send arrival notifications to your customers via SMS and email

SMS/Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number or your customer's mobile phone number to Arriveo, you consent to receive automated text messages (SMS) containing arrival notifications, delivery updates, and service-related information.

Important SMS Information:

  • Consent: By opting in, you authorize Arriveo to send SMS notifications to the provided mobile number
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on delivery activity. You may receive multiple messages per delivery or service visit
  • Opt-Out: You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive a confirmation message
  • Help: For assistance, reply HELP or contact our support team
  • Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan
  • Carriers: Service available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others

Mobile Number Privacy: We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your customers' mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may only be shared with service providers who directly support our SMS notification services (such as Twilio for message delivery) and who are contractually obligated to protect your information.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With your customers - to provide arrival notifications as part of our service
  • With service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, AWS for hosting) - these providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services on our behalf
  • When required by law or to protect our legal rights
  • With your explicit consent

We explicitly do not: Share or sell mobile phone numbers to lead generators, marketing companies, or any third-party affiliates for their promotional purposes.

  • Opt-out of marketing communications

Billing, Payments & Refunds

When you subscribe to Arriveo, we collect and process billing information through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card data on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1 standards.

Billing-related information we may retain includes your name, email address, billing address, subscription plan, transaction history, and the last four digits of your payment card for reference purposes.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day full refund guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first seven (7) days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a complete refund — no questions asked. Simply contact us at support@arriveo.com or through your account dashboard. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

After the initial 7-day period, refund requests are evaluated on a pro-rated basis according to your actual usage during the current billing cycle. Usage is calculated based on the number of deliveries processed, routes created, and active days within the billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you may be eligible for a partial refund reflecting the unused portion of your subscription. To request a pro-rated refund, contact our support team and we will review your account activity and issue an appropriate credit.

Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
