1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Arriveo Technologies' platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Arriveo provides a cloud-based platform for managing deliveries, service visits, and customer notifications. Our Service includes route optimization, real-time tracking, automated notifications via SMS and email, and analytics tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Promptly updating your account information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through our notification system
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
5. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS notifications from Arriveo, you provide your prior express written consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number provided. This includes delivery notifications, account updates, and service-related communications.

- Message frequency varies based on delivery activity (typically 1-5 messages per delivery)
- Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier's plan
- Consent is not a condition of purchase
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time
- Reply HELP for assistance

6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' written notice. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
7. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with Arriveo. We offer the following refund policy:
7-Day Full Refund Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first seven (7) days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked. Simply contact our support team at support@arriveo.com or through your account dashboard, and we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After 7 Days — Pro-Rated Usage Refund
After the initial 7-day period, refund requests are evaluated on a pro-rated basis according to your actual usage during the current billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, you may be eligible for a partial refund reflecting the unused portion of your subscription. Usage is calculated based on the number of deliveries processed, routes created, and active days within the billing period. To request a pro-rated refund, contact our support team and we will review your account activity and issue an appropriate credit.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund by emailing support@arriveo.com with your account email and the reason for your request (optional). We aim to respond to all refund requests within two (2) business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Arriveo Technologies and Meadowbrook Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
